Refresh Config for All Stations

Added ability to update/refresh the configuration of all stations at a site locally from a kitchen station popup menu.

Kitchen Screen Settings

Portal → 4-Dot Menu → Data Management → Kitchen Settings → Kitchen Screen Settings

Configure the following setting from the Popup Menu section of the General page of the Kitchen Screen Settings editor:

  • Refresh Configurations for All Stations - Refresh/update ALL kitchen stations with latest configuration updates.

Also added ability to update/refresh configuration from local Kitchen API.

Maintenance Notification / Recovery

If kitchen maintenance does not complete successfully at a station, a notification and warning icon appear in the screen footer.

From Station Info:

  • See Maintenance Last Run for the date/time maintenance last completed successfully at a station.

  • Select Update Now to run maintenance manually,

If maintenance time is updated in Data Management, maintenance is not run again if it already completed successfully that day.

Maintenance runs automatically on startup if a terminal was unavailable for maintenance during its scheduled time.

General Kitchen Settings

Portal → 4-Dot Menu → Data Management → Kitchen Settings → General Kitchen Settings

From the General section of the General Kitchen Settings editor, define the following:

  • Maintenance Retry Duration (Minutes) - If scheduled maintenance does not start successfully, Kitchen retries maintenance within the specified number of minutes.

Show Build Modifiers

Configure kitchen screens to display modifiers for default and custom builds to improve order accuracy.

Kitchen Screen Settings

Portal → 4-Dot Menu → Data Management → Kitchen Settings → Kitchen Screen Settings

Configure the following settings from the Cell Body section of the Cells page of the Kitchen Screen Settings editor:

When Show Modifiers is enabled, the following setting is available:

  • Show Build Modifiers - Display modifiers for all builds (e.g. Default, Plain, Custom).

When Show Build Modifiers is enabled, the following setting is available:

  • Show Build Names - Display modifier build names on kitchen screens.

Display Deleted Items for Reduced Quantity

Added settings to display deleted items when item quantity is reduced.

Kitchen Screen Setting

Portal → 4-Dot Menu → Data Management → Kitchen Settings → Kitchen Screen Settings

Configure the following settings from the Cell Body section of the Cells page of the Kitchen Screen Settings editor.

The settings are only available when Show Deleted Items is toggled Yes.

  • Persist Deleted Items when Quantity is Reduced - If toggled Yes, when an item quantity is reduced, the quantity reduction is identified by displaying item deletions on the screen.

    If toggled No, when an item quantity is reduced, the item deletions are NOT displayed on the screen.

  • Show Deleted Child Item for Open Orders - If toggled Yes, when a child item’s quantity is reduced from an Open order, the quantity reduction is identified by displaying item deletions on the screen.

    If toggled No, when an item quantity is reduced, the item deletions are NOT displayed on the screen.

Display customized font and alignment of Order In Progress and Order Ready section headers.

Kitchen Screen Settings

Portal → 4-Dot Menu → Data Management → Kitchen Settings → Kitchen Screen Settings

Configure the following settings from the Section Settings section of the Theme page of the Kitchen Screen Settings editor:

  • Font Size - Select a size for the section header text.

  • Corner Radius - Radius of section corner in pixels.

Configure the following setting in the Order In Progress and Order Ready sections of the Theme page:

  • Title Alignment - From the dropdown, select the preferred alignment for the section header title.

Updated Recall Screen to improve screen identification and alert user:

  • Changed color of screen background and header.

  • Added message to screen footer to alert user.

  • Added timer to close Recall Screen and return user to previous screen after period of inactivity.

  • Updated presentation of "out of focus" message.

When item quantities are adjusted and items are consolidated at the POS, the quantities are updated within the expected order sessions and parent/child item associations remain intact.

  • Cells > Cell Body > Identical Items Display Method: Consolidate Like Items
